The University Hospital Ruppin-Brandenburg (UKRB) is a modern healthcare institution with highly specialized departments. To further develop our integration architecture and connect existing healthcare IT systems, we are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Developer / Integration Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
- Design and implementation of integration architectures for complex healthcare IT systems
- Management of interfaces and connections between clinical systems, the Clinical Data Repository, and external partners
- Design and implementation of secure data flows, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations
- Development and implementation of comprehensive security concepts for critical healthcare data
- Contribution to the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure and system landscape
- Maintenance and optimization of existing integration solutions and APIs
- Close collaboration with the IT department, medical informatics, and external system providers
- Documentation of integration architectures and creation of technical specifications
You will be part of an experienced team that continuously optimizes our complex system landscape. As an integration specialist, you will improve existing interfaces and create new connections between our clinical systems. - A degree in (Medical) Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in system development and integration, ideally with some exposure to healthcare IT systems
- Knowledge of interface technologies (REST, API management) and solid expertise in medical standards (HL7, FHIR) or a willingness to quickly learn these standards
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions or comparable integration experience
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
- Basic understanding of IT security and data protection, with a willingness to deepen knowledge in healthcare compliance
- Experience with cloud technologies and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
- Structured and independent working style with strong analytical skills
- Team spirit and communication skills for coordination with interdisciplinary teams
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
