Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic and activating care and support for residents
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants and trainees
• Document and implement care processes in line with internal standards
• Help shape the daily care routine in newly established residential groups

Must-have Qualifications:

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and (pediatric) nurse, or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to take on responsibility and provide guidance
• Passion for working with the elderly
• Willingness to work in shifts
