Zur Unterstützung einer laufenden klinischen Studie suchen wir ab sofort eine erfahrene:n Studienkoordinator:in / Clinical Research Coordinator / Study Nurse (m/w/d) für ein Studienzentrum in Erfurt.

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Arbeitszeit: 20 Stunden pro Woche
  • Einsatztage: flexibel
  • Vertragsdauer: ca. 6 Monate
  • Start: kurzfristig möglich

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion im Studienalltag und arbeiten eng mit dem Prüfarztteam zusammen:

  • Koordination und Betreuung einer klinischen Studie unter Delegation des Principal Investigators
  • Sicherstellung des Wohlergehens der Patient:innen sowie professionelles Patienten- und Besuchsmanagement
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Studienvisiten
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Studiendaten in EDC-Systemen sowie in CRFs
  • Dateneingabe, Datenprüfung und Bearbeitung von Queries
  • Organisation studienspezifischer Abläufe und logistischer Prozesse gemäß Protokoll
  • Unterstützung bei Rekrutierung, Screening und Einschluss von Patient:innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Monitor:innen und Beantwortung studienbezogener Rückfragen

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der klinischen Forschung (z. B. als Study Nurse, CRC, Studienkoordinator:in)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Daten- und Visit-Management klinischer Studien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDC-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
