Ihre Aufgaben
- Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Anweisung
- Durchführung von Vitalzeichenkontrollen (Blutdruck, Puls, Temperatur)
- Wundversorgung (z.B. Verbände anlegen, Dekubitusprophylaxe)
- Unterstützung bei der Anwendung von Hilfsmitteln (z. B. Rollstuhl, Gehhilfen)
- Dokumentation von Pflegeleistungen und medizinischen Beobachtungen im Pflegebericht
- Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Pflegeplänen
- Kommunikation mit dem ärztlichen Team über Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand
Was Sie mitbringen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
- Ein professionelles pflegerisches Selbstverständnis mit hoher Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
- Wünschenswert ist eine Weiterbildung als Gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft (m/w/d)
- Wünschenswert sind erste Berufserfahrungen als Pflegefachkraft in einem Pf leget earn
