Das DIAKOMED Diakoniekrankenhaus in Hartmannsdorf bei Chemnitz ist ein Krankenhaus der Grund- und Regelversorgung mit 210 Betten. Das Krankenhaus beinhaltet 3 chirurgische Kliniken (Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie, Allgemein-, Viszeralchirurgie und Proktologie sowie Gefäß- und endovaskuläre Chirurgie), die Klinik für Innere Medizin, die Klinik für Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin, die Klinik für Akutgeriatrie sowie die Klinik für Radiologie. Unser medizinisches Profil wird abgerundet durch eine Notfallaufnahme, 4 OP-Säle, eine Funktionsabteilung und ein eigenes Labor inkl. Blutbank. Zum Haus gehören außerdem noch unterstützende Abteilungen, wie z. B. Medizintechnik, Haustechnik, Verwaltung und unsere eigene Küche. Wir verbinden höchste medizinische Fachkompetenz und persönliche Pflege mit den diakonischen Grundwerten.

Ihr Profil

erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/ Krankenpfleger bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Altenpfleger*in
respektvollen und einfühlsamen Umgang mit Patienten und Angehörigen
ausgeprägte Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen
Flexibilität hinsichtlich des Einsatzes im 3-Schicht-System
Bereitschaft zu ständiger Fort- und Weiterbildung sowie Lernbereitschaft
Anerkennung des diakonischen Leitbildes
