Product Lifecycle Manager (m/w/d)

Stellenumfang: Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden

Standort: TRACOE medical GmbH, Nieder-Olm / Deutschland

Deine Hauptaufgaben:
Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projektteams für produktbezogene Änderungen, Gewährleistung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation (z. B. Material-, Werkzeug- oder Lieferantenwechsel)
Verwalten und Mitwirken bei Änderung im Rahmen von Change Control, gründliche Bewertung und Dokumentation von Maßnahmen in Übereinstimmung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und -vorschriften (EN ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP)
Bewertung von Änderungsvorschlägen im Rahmen des Change Controls , sowie Durchführung von Vorstudien bei Abhängigkeiten, Mehrdeutigkeit des Scopes, Unvorhersehbarkeiten und hohen Risiken/Auswirkungen einer Änderung, insbesondere bei komplexen Produktänderungen
Produktunterstützung während des gesamten Lebenszyklus als Produktexperte zur Lösung von Problemen
Planung und Sicherstellung des Transfers von neuen Produktentwicklungen und Produktänderungen in die Produktion
Mitwirkung an Risikomanagementaktivitäten gemäß EN ISO 14971 für Medizinprodukte
Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Prozessen im Verantwortungsbereich und an internationalen Schnittstellen

Deine Qualifikation:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet; Master-Abschluss ist von Vorteil
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit mehreren Beteiligten und gegenseitigen Abhängigkeiten, insbesondere im Lebenszyklusmanagement oder in verwandten Bereichen der Medizinprodukte- oder Gesundheitsbranche
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Änderungskontrollprozessen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen (EN ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP)
Kenntnisse über das Design für die Herstellung von Medizinprodukten sind ein Plus
Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project teams for product-related changes, ensuring effective collaboration and communication (e.g. change of material, tooling, supplier)
Manage and contribute to Change Control tickets, thoroughly evaluating and documenting actions in line with Quality Management Systems and regulations (EN ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP)
Evaluate Change Control proposals and conduct pre-studies involving inter-dependencies, ambiguity, unpredictability, and high risk/impact, especially for complex product changes
Provide product support throughout the entire lifecycle, acting as a product expert to resolve issues
Plan and secure the transfer of new product developments and product changes to production
Participate in risk management activities according to EN ISO 14971 for medical devices
Contribute to the development of processes within the area of responsibility and international interfaces

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in project management with multiple stakeholders and inter-dependencies, particularly in lifecycle management or related fields within the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of change control processes and regulatory requirements (EN ISO 13485, MDR, MDSAP)
Knowledge about design for manufacturing medical devices is a plus
Fluent in German and English
Excellent MS Office skills
