• Interface between contact center and internal stakeholders
• Case management and operations liaison
• Driving and tracking of upcoming cases (product cases, issues with app, website) within the company e.g. marketing, sales, development

Your profile:

• Degree in econocmics or similar
• Experience in project management or operations in the Automotive field
• Excellent organizational skills, self-driven and communicative personality
• Fluent English language skills
