We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to be part of the global team at BSN Medical Inc. / BSN JOBST GmbH. In this role, you will ensure that assigned product assortments within their regulated area are compliant with international and national regulations throughout their life cycle in all relevant markets. You will collaborate with business units to ensure that innovation and change projects fulfill customer, consumer, and supply chain needs.
Implement regulatory solutions for the assigned product assortment of Essity`s Legal Manufacturers BSN Medical Inc. & BSN JOBST GmbH in alignment with relevant stakeholders
Keep products and supporting processes updated with changes in relevant regulations.
Drive the regulatory aspects of innovation and change projects, educating and supporting project leaders and members to ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure regulatory adherence in non-project driven business processes such as marketing and sales, quality management, sourcing, and supply for both global and local markets
Contribute to the creation, implementation, and development of the regulatory strategy and all regulatory processes within the regulated area
Apply sound knowledge of international and local laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines to the business

Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in technical, pharmaceutical, or life science studies
At least 5 years of recent relevant work experience (e.g., regulatory and/or quality) with a solid understanding of the applicable regulated area (Medical Devices, Cosmetics/Biocides, General Product Safety, Electronics/Electronic Devices, Food Contact)
Certification in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs is a plus but not mandatory
Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office is required; SAP experience is an advantage
Fluency in business English, both spoken and written
