STUDY MANAGER (f/m/d) in fulltime

Your key qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemistry, clinical medicine, biotechnology or similar fields
• Approx. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Expertise in project management or monitoring of studies, ideally in the diagnostics industry, and knowledge of applicable standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English and German [min. Level B2 for German])
• Well organized and independent way of working with the ability to solve complex problems
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international, max. 20%)
• Passion to collaborate and build meaningful relationships

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Designing feasibility and performance studies for in-vitro diagnostics
• Preparation and execution of studies including oversight of timelines, budget and compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as report compilation
• Preparation and submission of study dossiers to competent authorities and ethics commissions
• Coordination of interdisciplinary study teams incl. study-specific training
• Stakeholder communication and management
• Presentation of study results in workshops and publications
