Entimo AG is a global technology leader developing IT solutions for pharmaceutical trials by world-class life science companies. We deliver innovative software solutions and professional services for clinical data and standards management, for statistical analysis and biometrics, and for successful submissions to regulatory authorities to enable our customers to solve their IT challenges in the clinical and preclinical areas.

Our market leading flagship product has been moved to an updated cloud-based technology and a modern user interface, taking into account industry trends towards the use of open-source technology and based on our existing customers’ experience and input. Our customers are moving towards this new platform, and there is an increasing demand from small- to medium-sized biopharmaceutical organizations for products and services that we offer.

As a sales manager in our growing team, you are working in all kinds of customer-facing activities. You are responsible for the acquisition and qualification of new prospects, and follow up by presenting and demoing our products to decision makers. You drive the sales process forward through the selection process until successful business and contract closure, meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base. You are also representing the company at industry events and conferences, conduct workshops and contribute to webinars and related online content. Your feedback and market research help shaping our products and services to stay ahead of the competition.

We are looking for

  • Strong sales and success-oriented personality
  • Profound analytical, technical and communicational skills to establish and foster long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably in the Life Sciences domain
  • Ability to work efficiently in agile teams
  • MSc in Computer Science or related (engineering / mathematics / IT) and / or comparable experience in enterprise software sales
  • Effective verbal and written English skills
  • Experience with sales cycles and tools
  • Open for international business travel several times a year
  • Experience in RFI/RFP processes is a plus
  • An existing network of contacts in the target industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of clinical research & development, clinical trials and related software tools is a plus
