Summary
We are looking for a “Senior Project Manager Industrial Solutions (f/m/d)” for the “Industrial Solutions” division at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.
The Industrial Solutions division develops complex measurement systems for EUV lithography that are used in chip production machines as well as other system solutions for industrial customers.
Your Tasks

Supporting the commercial business and focusing on the further development of existing products as well as the definition of new products

Identifying the needs of national and international customers and translating them into a form that can be implemented by the interdisciplinary product development team

Co-developing strategies for the business development of the "Industrial Solutions" product range

Responsibility for product development orders and taking the lead in ensuring the success of the products and projects in terms of time, costs and quality, as well as customer satisfaction
-
Independent and autonomous handling of development projects, incorporating "design to cost" as well as integration of "lessons learnt" findings

Creation of robust and efficient project planning, including ensuring the distribution of tasks and leading the project team

Coordinate the entire product life cycle with the other products / projects in the business unit area

Work closely with multifunctional teams from programme management, engineering, finance & control, production and purchasing
Your Profile

Completed studies in a technical or organizational field or comparable
-
Several years of experience in sales support and a confident manner with customers
-
Extensive professional experience in leading teams

Extensive practical experience in product management
-
Very good MS Office skills
-
Very good communication skills and team spirit
-
Proactive way of working and goal-oriented approach

Business fluent in German and English
