As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports.
As our hybrid Project Management framework is continuously developing further into an agile approach, experience with agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) would be desirable.

To be successful in this role you will:
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering oder Industrial Business
- Excellent language skills in German and English (verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI or other data analytic Software
- High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
- Well organized and ability to work with minimal supervision and oversight

- Leitung und Steuerung von Maschinenbauprojekten vom Auftragseingang bis zur Umsetzung
- Entwicklung und Überwachung von Projektplänen, Budgets und Zeitplänen

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Effizienzstandards

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten besitzen
- Die Fähigkeit haben, strategische Visionen praktisch umzusetzen
- Starke analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mitbringen
- Einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Witschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften haben
- Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen.
- Sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Suite, PowerBI oder anderer Datenanalyse-Software sein
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation haben und unter Zeitdruck gegen enge Fristen arbeiten können, während Qualität und Genauigkeit erhalten bleiben.
- Gut organisiert sein und mit minimaler Aufsicht und Kontrolle arbeiten können
- Da unser hybrides Projektmanagement-Framework kontinuierlich in eine agile Vorgehensweise weiterentwickelt wird, wäre Erfahrung mit agilen Zeremonien (Sprint-Planung, tägliche Stand-ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven) wünschenswert.
