The Sales Business Unit (SBU) - Vestas Northern & Central Europe covers sales, construction and service of Vestas wind turbines in the NCE countries onshore and offshore. The service departments are responsible for maintenance, repair, and execution of continuous improvement upgrades on our Vestas wind turbine systems within related countries. Teamwork and communication are key in our quest to become the best region within the Vestas Group. Upgrade Management NCE is a newly established department. Our key focus area is handling and maintaining of CIM (Continuous Improvement Management) cases within onshore/offshore and service/construction. Working close together with our internal & external clients and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high standard of quality. Upgrade Management NCE is responsible for the pre-assessment of CIM cases. This includes assessing the business impact for each service region, financial impact to the service region or validating with internal stakeholders such as VPS. Secondly we are responsible for the CIM case execution monitoring. Covering onshore/offshore and service/construction.

Work location: Vestas' office in Aarhus (DK) or Hamburg (DE) or Berlin (DE)
This position requires approximately 20 days of travel yearly.
