In this role, you serve as a key enabler for global sales excellence and operations within the local organization, ensuring the local sales team benefits fully from global governance and tools. While this is a global role, it delivers direct advantages at the local level.
You will work closely with the global governance team to implement worldwide sales initiatives in collaboration with local management (DACH Region). Your goal is to uphold the global framework and governance while respecting the unique realities and approaches of the local sales organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Sales tools local owner/coordinator
    • CRM Super-User, Customer intelligence, Chat platform, Customer/partner portal, interface to Marketing (Lead mgmt.) and Customer Success (Ticketing, Chat), technical requirements
  • Sales Process
    • Data quality, tool usage, use case elaboration, documentation, sales optimization, sales steering data, Lead to contract,
  • Sales Steering
    • Business review cadence, customer insights and improvements, customer data and sales intelligence
  • Sales Trainings
    • CRM trainings, sales competence trainings
  • Sales Strategy
    • Framework implementation, strategy reviews, Growth Objectives implementation and steering, tracking and measurement of measures implementation.
  • Sales Incentives
    • Implementation, reporting and operation of the sales incentive framework (including tool), interface to payroll and HR operations.

The role has a global aspect which is focused on ensuring best practice sharing with other countries, collaboration work on global sales governance topics, participation on process improvements, and ensuring that the global sales governance is well implemented locally.
The role also has a local aspect, supporting, helping, and guiding the local management with all tasks which are related to the global sales governance role and Got-2-Market approach. It is imperative that this local role is also as operative as possible ensuring quality processes and added value to the sales team.

  • Represent global Sales organization programs and initiatives locally.
  • Represent the local organization in all relevant topics from Global Sales and CX, including local sales tools requirements, best practice sharing and improvements.
  • Works (with regional leadership) to facilitate the implementation of global strategic management programs, with a view towards improving performance, reducing risk, and increasing business sustainability.
  • Maintain the Rhythm of the Business through rigorous forecast reviews, management of global standard KPIs and oversight with regional leadership.
  • Supports organization by reporting and analyzing various aspects of sales; including channels, promotions, forecast attainment, and sales tracking. Monitors and reports on order status, sales result, leads, and sales quotas. Ensure Sales Strategy Growth Objectives and Measures mgmt./tracking.
  • Consult and derive actions based on data to improve sales operations and customer experience.
  • Develops and delivers presentations, briefings, and other forms of communication on strategy. Assist sales organization with ongoing analysis on business trends, forecasts, performance reviews and estimates.
  • Responsible for the facilitation of sales training solutions for the company. Designs, develops, and maintains sales representative training materials supported by global framework. Also responsible for delivering training materials that are field-based, web-based and classroom-based.
  • Ensure global to local sales incentives deployment, together with regional sales lead. Responsible for calculating commission payments. Maintains and updates data in CRM regarding changes in plans and employee status. Reconciles payments with commission calculations. Works closely with auditors to ensure internal controls are followed. Assists in testing plan changes for accurate payouts. Provides data and creates what-if scenarios for new plan designs.
  • Support local sales, customer success and marketing organizations in all customer experience topics following global governance.
  • CRM Super User
  • Customer insight & improvements (Customer Intelligence, Annual Survey, etc).
Desired skills
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep Excel expertise; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/Sales systems (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus.
