Manager Web Performance (m/f/d)

Indulge your passion


  • in defining and developing reporting frameworks for measuring, benchmarking and analysing E-Commerce data across the customer journey as well as identify commercial opportunities through data insights (e.g. Ux Design, Merchandising, Content)
  • in steering data-driven UX and content performance in-depth analysis in alignment with the global teams to ongoingly optimize the user-journeys, provide recommendation with trading teams world-wide and drive changes on how to enhance performance in different regions or markets
  • in managing agencies, third-party providers and business partners to optimize performance and recommendations provided to internal teams (ranging from UX, content or traffic acquisition)
  • in supporting data integration across a range of analytics tools and databases while managing web analytics tagging efforts to ensure accurate data capture
  • in leading cross-functional projects, share KPI updates for top management reports and maintain a close working relationship with E-Commerce Product Owners and stakeholders in Montblanc's international markets, acting as a data evangelist for our business, being a subject matter expert on industry trends, advancements and best practices

You’ll have


  • a Bachelor/Master degree in economics, engineering, statistics, management or comparable qualification
  • gained 4+ years of work experience in a direct-to-consumer digital business, highly analytical role
  • a strategic business thinking with impressive analytical skills
  • strong technical skills in Excel and Powerpoint, SQL and Looker (LookML) is a plus
  • possess strong people, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • to translate customer needs and business opportunities into a sound business plan that yields results on both short-term and mid-term
  • an in-depth understanding of E-Commerce
  • a comfortable feeling in a fast changing environment and always look for pragmatic and creative solution to change the game
  • fluent English skills
