Qualitätsmanagement Beauftragte/r (m/w/x) Teilzeit (bis zu 50%)

? Qualitätsmanagement Beauftragte/r (m/w/x) in Teilzeit (bis zu 50%)


Aufgaben:

  • Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015: Koordination, Erstellung und Prüfung von SOPs und Hilfsmitteln, Risikomanagement, Stakeholder Analyse, Wissensmanagement, Pflege QMS Datenbanksystem, Umsetzung DSGVO mit externem Datenschutzbeauftragten, Löschkonzept, Implementierung von neuen Anforderungen und Lösen von QM-Fragestellungen.
  • Verantwortlichkeit für externe und interne Audits: Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung.
  • Schulung und Einbeziehung der Mitarbeitenden in relevante QM-Prozesse.

Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Bezug zum Qualitätsmanagement (insbesondere DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund und praktische Erfahrung im QM von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang hinsichtlich Verwendung von PCs und Standardsoftware (MS Office).
  • Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Sprache und Schrift.
  • Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich neue Impulse zu geben.
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und akkurate Arbeitsweise.
