As our Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner program that fosters a sustainable ecosystem of Referral Partners, Resellers, and OEMs. Your role is crucial in identifying, recruiting, and enabling key partners to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring strong collaboration between LUY and our partner network.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping LUY’s Go-to-Market strategy by aligning partner initiatives with our business objectives, optimizing co-sell, resell, and referral models, and driving joint success with our partners. By fostering deep relationships, you will ensure partner satisfaction and long-term revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction

Develop and implement a partner program that serves as the foundation for a scalable and sustainable partner ecosystem

Manage the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to expansion, ensuring maximum revenue generation

Act as the key interface between LUY and its partners, executing Go-to-Market strategies, integrating product roadmaps, and aligning business objectives

Design and implement co-sell, resell, and referral models, including partner business plans, to drive revenue impact

Continuously monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement
