Über die Rolle
Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von ITP- Projekten im Umfeld von medizinischen Abrechnungssystemen. Sie arbeiten an zentralen Modernisierungs- und Transformationsprogrammen – einschließlich Cloud-Migration, Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätssicherung und der Einführung moderner DevOps-Methoden.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Projektmanagement
  • Validierung und Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Anforderungen, Zeitplänen und Budgets
  • Steuerung aller Projektphasen (Konzeption, Implementierung, Test, Rollout).
  • Einhaltung relevanter Standards.
- Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Verantwortung für erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Moderation von Workshops und Regelterminen.
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Statusberichten.
Change- und Transformationsmanagement
  • Analyse von Veränderungen und deren Auswirkungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien.
  • Mitwirkung bei Schulungskonzepten.
Evaluierung & Optimierung
  • Bewertung des Projektfortschritts anhand definierter KPIs.
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung.
Ihr Profil
  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement.
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse moderner Projektmethoden.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
