“Research for a life without cancer" is our mission at the German Cancer Research Center. We investigate how cancer develops, identify cancer risk factors and look for new cancer prevention strategies. We develop new methods with which tumors can be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients can be treated more successfully. Für die Klinische Kooperationseinheit Nuklearmedizin suchen wir ab Oktober 2025 eine:n


Die Klinische Kooperationseinheit (KKE) Nuklearmedizin beschäftigt sich mit der Planung und Verlaufsbeobachtung von Chemo- oder Strahlentherapie, dem pharmakokinetischen Modelling von dynamischen PET-Messungen, der Identifizierung neuer Peptide mit hoher Affinität zu Tumoren, der Etablierung neuer endoradiotherapeutischer Ansätze basierend auf Peptiden und Antikörpern, der Entwicklung kombinatorischer Therapieansätze mit Endoradiotherapie und Chemo-, Immuno- und Strahlentherapie. Unsere Abteilung verfügt über ein modernes PET CT Vision Quadra. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zur Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Nuklearmedizin (1 Jahr).


YOUR TASKS

  • Klinische Durchführung von PET-CT-Untersuchungen
  • Befundung von Patient:innen
  • Eigenständiges wissenschaftliches Arbeiten und Einbringen eigener Ideen
  • Erstellung von Ethikanträgen
  • Verfassen wissenschaftlicher Publikationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit multidisziplinären Teams am DKFZ und mit externen Kooperationspartnern

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium
  • Approbation als Arzt:Ärztin mit abgeschlossener oder bald abgeschlossener Facharztausbildung in Radiologie oder Nuklearmedizin
  • Hohe Motivation und der Wunsch, die eigene wissenschaftliche Karriere voranzutreiben und die eigene Publikationstätigkeit zu intensivieren
  • Fähigkeit zur unabhängigen und selbständigen Arbeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
