Your Tasks:

• Develop innovative chemical concepts for customized and strategic solutions
• Carry out adhesive feasibility tests and determine adhesive properties using modern physio-chemical testing methods, e.g., GC/MS, IR spectroscopy, rheological tests (viscosity, TG, reactivity) and various thermal analysis methods (DSC, TMA, DMTA)
• Draft documentation for the measurements and analyses
• Realization of technical property profiles in chemical formulations
• Oversee a lab assistant who will report to you

Your Skills:

• A master´s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field
• In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry or organic chemistry preferred
• Excellent technical comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling chemicals in a laboratory setting
• Very good written and spoken English ability
