• Develop and execute the division's sales strategy for the eRetail, Fashion, and Consumer sectors.
• Identify and acquire new customers for Rhenus within the eRetail, Fashion, and Consumer sectors.
• Drive cross-Business Unit projects for both new and existing customers.
• Coordinate all Rhenus sales activities for assigned customers.
• Identify gaps in customers' current supply chain services and develop tailored solutions to address their business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Functions and Business Units to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Deliver sustainable revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets.
• Take responsibility for long-term business development objectives and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Develop, implement, and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in Microsoft Dynamics and other required sales tools.
• Ensure transparent and regular communication on all customer-related topics across relevant stakeholders.

• Extensive professional experience in sales leadership within an international, preferably global, organization.
• Deep understanding of global logistics and supply chain processes, with expertise across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into successful business strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures, functions, and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Business Units and global functions to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex, international business environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
