Our B2B content strategy is key to driving meaningful interactions across various channels, from thought leadership pieces to campaign-driven narratives.

We're seeking a motivated Content Manager to own our B2B content strategy. This role is perfect for a self-starter with foundational experience in B2B content teams, looking to stretch themselves and take on new challenges. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content initiatives that drive engagement with pharmaceutical companies.

While we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in content management, we don't expect you to tick every box. We want someone eager to learn, grow, and proactively shape their role. Daily tasks

Content Strategy

  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

  • Own end-to-end content strategy for gated (e.g., whitepapers, e-books) and ungated (blogs, social posts, patient insights) assets.

  • Create and manage dynamic content calendars aligned with Account-Based Marketing, lead generation initiatives, events, and PR opportunities.

  • Maintain brand voice/style guides and enforce compliance across online and offline channels.

  • Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve strategy.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative content approaches.

  • Review organic and paid performance of content using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Web Content

  • Take ownership of website content strategy and implementation.

  • Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized web content including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

  • Drive organic performance through SEO best practices and data-driven content optimization.

Cross-Collaboration

  • Communicate with other teams (marketing/sales/pharma etc.) to understand key topics discussed with leads.

  • Repurpose top-performing content into video scripts, infographics, and LinkedIn carousels, paid media opportunities.

  • Support the development of creative and content materials for both online and offline campaigns.

  • Draft press releases and liaise with pharma press for publication.


Must-haves

  • University degree in journalism, communications or similar experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, preferably with Pharma, MedTech, and life sciences industries.

  • Strong expertise in SEO and CRM platforms such as Moz, Ahrefs, Webflow, Hubspot, and Salesforce.

  • Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal), with a focus on clear and persuasive messaging.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies.

  • Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners/agencies.
