Your tasks

• Assist the VP R&D in developing and executing department-level strategic plans and initiatives
• Facilitate product planning activities, including OKR alignment and dependency management
• Identify, analyze and track potential risks and opportunities for the department
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive recurring updates (e.g. newsletter, monthly org updates) to the product organization
• Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and workflows to enhance product development efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce time-to-market, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collect, analyze, and report on key product team metrics and dashboards to drive data-informed decision making
• Develop and oversee product portfolio management processes, including roadmap planning
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product operations, implementing proactive measures to address potential issues.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product or business operations, as Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives
• Strong understanding of product development and product management processes and tools
• Understanding of budget planning and management in an R&D environment
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software, data analysis tools, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate risks and meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously´
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues with competing priorities across all departments
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute quickly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
