The Team and Role

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager to actively drive our sales pipeline and help scale Avelios’ impact in the clinical sector. As an early sales hire, you’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring hospitals across Germany benefit from our software platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success to manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to deal closure and ongoing customer engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing health tech company and make a tangible difference in how healthcare is delivered.

Your Responsibilities
  • Actively manage and drive the entire B2B sales process, from first contact to contract signing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and successful onboarding
  • Qualify leads, advise prospects, and convert them into enthusiastic long-term customers
  • Develop tailored proposals that align with customer needs and Avelios’ commercial goals
  • Create and refine sales strategies, pitch materials, and market analyses to grow our pipeline
  • Build and nurture a strong network within the healthcare and hospital ecosystem
  • Track and report on key sales KPIs, helping to refine sales operations and forecasting
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, communicating product value clearly to diverse stakeholders
Your Qualifications
  • Successfully completed studies in business, technology, medicine, or a related field
  • Solid experience in B2B software sales — ideally in the healthcare sector or with hospitals
  • Proven track record of winning new customers and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills across diverse audiences
  • Strong interest in digital health, with technical understanding of software products
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
  • Self-driven and hands-on working style, with a passion for customer success
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
