We are looking for you as Sales Operations Specialist (gn) to join our Sales department for our headquartes in Fulda or remote in Germany starting at the earliest possible date.
In the case of a remote position based in Germany, occasional visits to our headquarters in Fulda are required.

Your Role
Support the Sales Team in strategic, tactical, and operational planning activities
Prepare and coordinate quotations, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with Account Executives and Key Account Managers
Ensure timely, high-quality submissions while adhering to internal processes and specifications
Contribute to contract negotiations and sales controlling activities
Drive continuous optimization and digitization of sales processes through proactive suggestions
Maintain and improve Salesforce and SAP systems for offer preparation, order processing, and sales performance evaluations
Develop and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor KPI achievement
Build up industry-specific knowledge (e.g. construction, mining, agriculture, forestry) to identify customer needs and market opportunities
Your Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related function
Proficiency with Salesforce as well as strong data and reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft too ls (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP andreporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement
Fluency in English, additional languages, such as German, are a plus
