What you'll do

• Provide operational support in the preparation and execution of sales initiatives
• Take responsibility for improving the quality of our marketing, sales, and customer data within our CRM system
• Gain valuable insights into innovative CRM, lead management, and sales tracking systems and processes, working in close collaboration with our Sales and Channel teams
• Independently coordinate, execute, and follow up on specific projects aligned with strategic objectives
• Play an active role as a key member of the Marketing & Sales team, contributing to the successful implementation of initiatives—both nationally and internationally

What you'll need

• You are an enrolled student of economics, business administration or a comparable field of study
• A hands-on mentality as well as an independent, responsible, quality-oriented and structured way of working
• IT affinity and enjoyment in engaging with customers
• A confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Strong team orientation and enjoyment of collaborative work
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
