• To work directly with C-Level and the Head of Commercial Development on high-priority strategy projects for a hypergrowth start-up.
• To shape the future growth strategy for Wellster through various projects, including internationalization, growth planning, and optimization.
• To set up business cases and evaluate them from a commercial perspective.
• To act as an agile project manager, working with various stakeholders in an international team to implement identified strategies.
• To identify new business models and revenue streams.
• To win new target audiences through product and commercial innovations.
• To conduct research and trend analysis on healthtech trends and build business case models.
• To develop business cases with a medical focus.
• To collaborate with top-tier doctors, consultants, managers, and external partners or agencies.
• To leverage synergies across all Wellster platforms.
• To take over day-to-day management tasks for our active platforms.
• To develop and implement growth and business performance optimization strategies for our existing verticals (e.g., GoSpring, GoLighter).

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Consulting, or Innovation Management
• You enjoy strategic, insight-driven analyses in a dynamic team
• You have a strong business mindset for identifying and optimizing revenue streams
• You have a hands-on mentality and a genuine interest in healthcare and digitalization
• You bring experience from e-commerce startups, venture capital, consulting, or the FMCG sector
• You're fluent in both German and English
